Cybersmart was initiated by Maninder Singh Walia, a Cyber Law Researcher with a great deal of interest in this new and growing area of law.
Gurpreet Singh, is an associate lawyer with Amarjit & Associates, having an experience of more than 3 years in the preparation, filing and prosecution of trade mark and copyright applications. Also been actively involved in IPR infringement cases in Delhi High Court and District Courts as an associate and is responsible for maintaining a data of trade mark applications in the firm.
